Requirements
- 1β2 years in investment banking or comparable experience (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure will be considered)
- Would consider transaction advisory roles depending on transaction exposure and role
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
- Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence
Responsibilities
- Market research including but not limited to competitor analysis, industry research, and using raw datasets to create insights into niche subject areas
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analyses, by taking raw financial data form clients and creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models
- Develop client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums
- Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives
- Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables
- Actively contribute to recruiting and firm-building initiatives

Strong academic credentials preferred, though not required
