Requirements

• Strong academic qualifications
• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or renewable energy consultancy
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills

• Driven, self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and team spirit
• Willing to commit to 6 months full time internship

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the deal execution process, including deal evaluation, due diligence, sensitivity analysis, and financial modelling
• Assist in preparing materials for evaluation by the Investment Committee
• Assist with ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies
• Conduct corporate and industry research
• Provide support on administrative tasks
