Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Private Markets products and new products under MVP. Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategic Development & Investment Products to implement operational strategies
• Assist the Investment Team and Head of Strategic Development & Investment Products in monitoring daily operations and performance of outsourced investment products on the StashAway platform, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high standards of operational integrity
• Execute a range of recurring tasks related to investment operations. Prioritize and manage these tasks, especially those that are not yet automated, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in execution
• Assist in the development and launch of new investment products by managing operational requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Manage end-to-end fund onboarding liaising closely with Ops for support
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Proactively identify and report operational risks and compliance issues
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in investment operations management
• Work closely with various teams, including Investment, Operations and Compliance, to align operational strategies with company objectives
