Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leads the day-to-day execution of the strategy, operating plans, budget, execution, and ensures the success of the Investor Relations strategy in partnership with the Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Investor Relations (SVP, COS and IR)
  • Develops and implements strategies for improving company relations with investors
  • Leads the collection, analysis, and creation of materials for feedback to key leaders of the organization around the perceptions and opinions of investors
  • Collaborates with SVP, COS and IR, in the development and execution of strategy to communicate Pathwardโ€™s story to the investment community
  • Collaborates with SVP, COS and IR, to host conference calls, facilitates preparation of conference call scripts and practice questions (with answers when needed), and leads practice sessions
  • Creates or assists in creating the publications and electronic media used in the IR program โ€“ annual report, earnings materials, SEC filings, IR website, media, other presentations
  • Supports the investorsโ€™ decision-making processes by managing access to company management
  • Assists with the annual, general, and special shareholder meetings (collaborates with the General Counsel, Secretary, and Shareholder Services for those meetings, as needed). Manages the relationship with the proxy advisor and Broadridge
  • Reconciles, maintains, and updates investor holdings
  • Creates value-driver-based investment messages in collaboration with SVP, COS and IR
  • Tracks and analyzes sell-side research on company, peers, and industry to assess trends, client demographics, and historical account information
  • Creates/collaborates on news releases, develops presentations, and organizes meetings to facilitate communication with investors/analysts while coordinating with the SVP, COS and IR
  • Works closely with the Communication staff in creating the companyโ€™s external and internal messages and in ensuring that all company external and internal communications are integrated and consistent
  • Keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the company
  • Uses statistical targeting to identify good-fit institutional investors; contacts the analysts at those institutions to verify possible interest and to encourage interest and investment
  • Provides support to the broader Finance and Accounting teams as needed
  • Facilitates preparation of materials for Board of Directors and helps determine content in collaboration with SVP, COS and IR
  • Supports SVP, COS and IR in their Chief of Staff duties
  • Other duties as assigned
