Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Summary

Join CoreWeave's Investor Relations team and play a pivotal role in shaping our investor communication strategy. You will be responsible for managing investor engagement, overseeing quarterly earnings processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role demands expertise in financial reporting, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the investment community. You will manage the IR budget, maintain databases, and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or a related field
• Have 7+ years of professional experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate development, and/or other Wall Street position
• Possess advanced analytical skills with an ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. Demonstrate a strong understanding of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts
• Have thorough knowledge of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations
• Possess advanced communications skills (written and spoken). Demonstrate the ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear and compelling messages
• Demonstrate keen intellect, unquestioned ethics, attention to detail, proactive self-starter attitude, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Possess strong relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Have advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software
• Have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Work with investors and analysts to ensure the company’s financial performance and outlook is well understood
• Collaborate with the VP in responding to inquiries from investors and analysts and to effectively engage with investors and communicate investor feedback to internal stakeholders
• Manage the logistics for the earnings calls and contribute to all aspects of the quarterly earnings prep process, which includes helping to prepare the quarterly financial press release, conference call script, Q&A documents, investor presentations and other associated materials
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Collaborate across departments (including finance, comms, legal, and policy) to help ensure a consistent corporate image is presented to all external parties
• Assist in organizing and actively participate in investor conferences, meetings and road shows
• Support the development of senior management investor presentations
• Own and maintain the investor CRM as well as ownership of the analyst consensus model (model of models)
• Support planning and execution of the ASM
• Support planning and execution of the company’s investor-facing ESG reporting
• Oversee the IR portion of the company’s website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborate on developing the strategy for the investor relations function including executing the IR operating plan and budget
• Manage the Investor Relations team budget and vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold an MBA
• Have experience with a high-growth, publicly traded technology company, ideally in an investor relations role
• Have familiarity with IR focused software/tools
