Join our prominent, publicly traded US-based company specializing in real estate IT services. The role demands strong technical leadership, iOS development expertise (8+ years), and proficiency in Swift and Objective-C. Compensation is hourly (USD $15-$35/hour) managed through a Singapore-based firm, converted to VND upon withdrawal.

Requirements

• Be a Vietnamese citizen or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam
• Work 40 hours per week
• Possess strong logical thinking, be skilled at analyzing and solving problems
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, backend, and other teams
• Demonstrate strong English proficiency
• Be proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests
• Have solid knowledge of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices
• Master Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices
• Have 8+ years of iOS development experience, preferably with experience in large internet companies
• Have 3+ years of experience with modern Swift development practices, such as SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, and Reactive Programming (Combine, RxSwift, ReactiveSwift, etc)
• Be proficient in Objective-C and Swift, with a deep understanding of iOS SDK and underlying principles
• Have strong knowledge of iOS system architecture, memory management, multithreading, network communication, and other core technologies
• Have extensive experience in performance optimization, with the ability to solve performance issues in complex scenarios
• Be familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks (e.g., AFNetworking, SDWebImage, React Native) and their implementation principles
• Have experience in designing architectures for large, complex projects, with the ability to create highly available and scalable mobile architectures
• Be familiar with modular and component-based development, with practical experience
• Have experience with unit testing and automation testing
• Be fluent in English for communication with international teams

Responsibilities

• Work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy
• Allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team, ensuring efficient task completion
• Lead a team to deliver complex projects
• Communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team
• Design architectures for large, complex projects, with the ability to create highly available and scalable mobile architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior experience with remote work
• Be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm and 5 am Vietnam Time) or at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration across teams in different time zones
• Have contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
