Summary

Talentus is seeking an IT Business Analyst for their dynamic team. The role involves analyzing higher education business processes, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and more. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT Industry are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT Industry
• Advanced experience with requirements gathering, creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
• Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• English C1 or above is required

Responsibilities

• Analyze higher education business processes and systems
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
• Develop innovative solutions with IT and business teams
• Align solutions with educational technologies and best practices
• Lead the design of business models, use cases, and process flows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
• Provide guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Implement best practices for business analysis and project management

• Proven experience working within healthcare industry
• Knowledge of data visualization tools
