IT Business Analyst Tester

Summary

The job is for an IT Business Analyst/Tester position at European Dynamics in Lima, Peru. The successful candidate will participate in functional meetings, prepare documentation, create functional/non-functional specifications, test and support web applications, and perform project management tasks. Requirements include a university degree in Information Technology fields, analytical thinking, good presentation skills, understanding of e-Government applications, familiarity with the development cycle of web applications, knowledge of MS Office suite, XML, SQL, HTML, CSS technologies, excellent command of English and Spanish, and experience working with client teams.

Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology fields
• Analytical thinking, with good presentation and collaboration skills
• Understanding of e-Government applications
• Familiar with the development cycle of web applications (elaboration of functional requirements, testing, etc.)
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite and an understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, CSS technologies will form an asset
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Participation in functional and progress meetings with client
• Analysis and preparation of documentation (business requirements, reports, etc.)
• Elaboration of functional/non-functional specifications (Use Cases, etc.)
• Participation in testing, training, and user support activities for web applications
• Project Management support, coordination, and reporting
