Join our team as a paid IT Data Intern and contribute to a global organization impacting over 80,000 teens worldwide! This remote internship offers 10-19 hours of flexible work per week, accommodating your college schedule. You will implement data collection processes, manage data quality in membership and donor databases, and assist with CRM updates and training materials. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with CRM systems. The internship runs through February 2026 with a possible extension.
Requirements
- High level proficiency with PCs and Microsoft OS
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry a must
- Availability to work 10 β 19 hours per week. This is a part-time internship
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Implement processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation for organization-wide data
- Manage a proactive approach to the data quality of the Membership and Donor databases including: Consistent review of duplicate records
- Usage of multiple data sources to investigate and update incorrect or incomplete data points
- Working with QC reports to identify and correct data issues
- Perform frequent imports and uploads of other key person and event attendance data
- Assist with creation of forms to collect event registrations and personal information
- Update design of CRM
- Review and update, as necessary, documentation of all data entry procedures and processes
- Assist with the creation of training materials, communicating training on the system, and resolution of system and process questions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce a plus
