IT Engineer

Summary

Join RYZ Labs as an IT Engineer and contribute to a team developing autonomous robots for last-mile delivery services. You will play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement within the company's IT practices. This position requires hands-on experience in IT administration and Google Workspace management, including security policy implementation and Google Cloud Platform familiarity. You will perform IT administration tasks, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and support software installations. Requirements

• 3+ years functioning in a hands-on IT Administration or IT Engineering role
• Hands-on experience with managing, configuring, and maintaining an enterprise Google Workspace environment. e.g. user accounts, groups, organizational units and Workspace apps, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more
• Implementation and enforcement of security policies, such as two-factor authentication (2FA), password policies, data loss prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management and Conditional Access policies
• Experience managing domain settings, including DNS configurations and email routing
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services
• Knowledge of identity management systems (e.g., SSO, LDAP)
• Familiarity with project management and ITSM tools

Responsibilities

• Perform IT administration for Directory Services, Google Workspace Applications, Identity and Access management, Data Migrations, Mobile Device Management etc
• Support IT break/fix and technical support requests as part of the IT Service Desk, including desktop/laptop configuration and repair, Network cabling, remote or on-site configuration and support for networking equipment and server/storage equipment
• Perform trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments and repair on staff devices and pilot workstations
• Software Installation support for various end user systems and servers
• Installs, maintains operating system and software security patches to optimize desktop and laptop performance and security
• Provides support for Onboarding and Offboarding employee access and IT assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator Certification)
