Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with administration of Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, GCP, AWS, and other enterprise productivity tools
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google and Okta IdPs
  • Experience implementing IT administration key process including ticketing system andΒ  MDM solution
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework & NIST 800 standards
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications, third party applications and homegrown applications, and networks
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software for end-user devices to meet company objectives
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Implementing single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for third party application
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
  • Provide troubleshooting support for escalated software and hardware problems. Coordinate vendor assistance when required.Β 
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
