Remote IT Equipment Installer

Summary

Join HonorBuilt as a technology equipment installer for our client's restaurants. You will fly or drive to the job site each week and perform installations while the restaurant is closed. A typical week may involve leaving on Sunday or Monday and returning on Thursday or Friday. We provide a company credit card, travel agent services, and offer health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, and 401K contribution.

Requirements

• Weekly travel outside of home location (via air or vehicle)
• Self-starter – positive results oriented
• Willingness to follow instructions
• Team player
• Basic computer skills
• Valid REAL ID-compliant Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing

Responsibilities

• Install technology equipment inside client's restaurants
• Fly or drive to the job site each week
• Perform installations while the restaurant is closed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with basic hand tools and drills
• History of working with technology and basic computer skills
• Experience taking great care of customers in a busy environment
• Restaurant or related customer service field experience
• Point of Sale System Exposure/Experience
• Knowledge of configuring a network system
