  • Maintain accurate documentation and have excellent written and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and good attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support
  • Strong technical background: Understanding of Active Directory, management of Azure AVD and O/M365
  • Proficient with the Zendesk Ticket system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to manage multiple issues and demands
  • Must be dependable by meeting deadlines, working independently, being accountable for work, and having good attendance record management

  • Experience working and supporting clients in a remote environment
  • The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must manage time effectively and be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Active Directory environment

  • Troubleshooting and resolving computer-related technical issues
