Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 or more years of work experience in a business environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and have excellent written and communication skills
- Critical thinking and good attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support
- Strong technical background: Understanding of Active Directory, management of Azure AVD and O/M365
- Proficient with the Zendesk Ticket system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to manage multiple issues and demands
- Must be dependable by meeting deadlines, working independently, being accountable for work, and having good attendance record management

- Experience working and supporting clients in a remote environment
- The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must manage time effectively and be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Active Directory environment

- Troubleshooting and resolving computer-related technical issues
