Summary

Join World Business Lenders as a Contract/Consultant to provide general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans, working in a remote environment with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 or more years of work experience in a business environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and have excellent written and communication skills
• Critical thinking and good attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support
• Strong technical background: Understanding of Active Directory, management of Azure AVD and O/M365
• Proficient with the Zendesk Ticket system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to manage multiple issues and demands
• Must be dependable by meeting deadlines, working independently, being accountable for work, and having good attendance record management
