Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advanced IT support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Solid foundation in basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems troubleshooting from an end-user perspective
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities, ten years of IT-related and including six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team in a 24x7 operations environment
  • Troubleshoot basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems from an end-user perspective
  • Work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Support direct customer interfaces with strong customer service orientation
