Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advanced IT support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Solid foundation in basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems troubleshooting from an end-user perspective
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities, ten years of IT-related and including six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team in a 24x7 operations environment
- Troubleshoot basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems from an end-user perspective
- Work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Support direct customer interfaces with strong customer service orientation
