Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy workstations, install software and updates
• Connect and configure printers, monitors, and other office equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-user devices
• Provide mobile device support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
• Offer local and telephone help desk support for both on-site and remote employees
• Resolve computer-related issues including setup, login, and application connectivity
• Use remote support tools to diagnose and address technical issues for remote users
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain detailed documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a helpdesk or IT support role
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies
