Requirements
- Have a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in computer science, and have at least 10 years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructures (networks, datacenters, industrial systems, cloud, securityโฆ)
- Very good knowledge of Windows environments (AD, domains) and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
- Solid understanding of network architecture, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
- Experience in virtualization (VMware) and Cloud technologies
- Mastery of monitoring tools and datacenter constraints (cooling, UPS, DCIMโฆ)
- Skills in scripting and automation (Python, VBA, JavaScript, API)
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity, audits and remediation
- Knowledge of industrial environments: IoT, video surveillance, antennas, cabling, etc
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Good ability to collaborate in a multicultural context and with time differences
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the design and evolution of the IT infrastructure architecture of the terminals (systems, network, security, datacenter, IoT)
- Develop detailed technical plans and support their integration into projects
- Carry out impact studies, write architectural documents, and propose robust and scalable solutions
- Manage technical projects: planning, budget, risks, coordination, decision-making
- Carry out active technological monitoring and build the short- and long-term architecture strategy
- Participate in the definition of technological trajectories and the realization of POCs
- Maintain up-to-date documentation (standards, configurations, procedures)
- Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and in the writing of technical specifications within the framework of RFIs/RFPs
- Work closely with local, regional, and global teams
- Provide level 3 expert support on critical incidents
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA/CCNP certification is highly appreciated
