Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT
  • Experience supporting company certifications (ISO27001, PCIDSS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and information security
  • Proven ability to manage and build an IT Support Specialist team
  • Experience in networking or system administration
  • Proficiency in deploying password management solutions (e.g., LastPass)
  • Knowledge of security technologies (SSO, SAML, VPN, Firewall, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Awareness of cybersecurity practices and employee training

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage timelines for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and planned outages
  • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support informed business decisions
  • Ensure IT services deliver an exceptional experience in employee support, deployments, infrastructure, database management, and daily IT activities for over 900 users
  • Oversee and maintain IT operations, including operating systems and security tools, application management, hardware and software inventory tracking and maintenance, and installing and managing IT equipment in new office spaces

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent English skills and experience in a multicultural environment; additional languages such as Hindi, German, or French are a plus
