Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least five years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of scaling infrastructure in fast-paced, high growth environments
- Advanced technical knowledge of: Enterprise network infrastructure
- Advanced technical knowledge of: Cloud computing platforms
- Advanced technical knowledge of: Cybersecurity frameworks
- Advanced technical knowledge of: IT service management
- Advanced technical knowledge of: Enterprise architecture
- Proven success operating in a cloud-centric environment with experience implementing and testing scalable IT solutions
- Strategic planning ability paired with strong execution, budget management, and vendor negotiation skills
- Skilled in change management, problem-solving, applying creative and analytical thinking to real-world challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams and translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring IT team members and building service-oriented teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments
- Drive digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
- Setting & Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Daily maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting for our fully remote organization (including onboarding and offboarding)
- Own and maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system administration
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ITIL, CPAM, PMP, or cloud-based credentials
