Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least five years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of scaling infrastructure in fast-paced, high growth environments
  • Advanced technical knowledge of: Enterprise network infrastructure
  • Advanced technical knowledge of: Cloud computing platforms
  • Advanced technical knowledge of: Cybersecurity frameworks
  • Advanced technical knowledge of: IT service management
  • Advanced technical knowledge of: Enterprise architecture
  • Proven success operating in a cloud-centric environment with experience implementing and testing scalable IT solutions
  • Strategic planning ability paired with strong execution, budget management, and vendor negotiation skills
  • Skilled in change management, problem-solving, applying creative and analytical thinking to real-world challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams and translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring IT team members and building service-oriented teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments
  • Drive digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
  • Setting & Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Daily maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting for our fully remote organization (including onboarding and offboarding)
  • Own and maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and system administration
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as ITIL, CPAM, PMP, or cloud-based credentials
