Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing IT teams and projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with company goals
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of IT services
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide support
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services and systems
  • Manage IT service desk operations and address escalated issues promptly
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify project requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of external service providers

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus
