Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT management, information security, or related fields, with a focus on compliance and strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and implementing cybersecurity measures
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure tools and SaaS management platforms such as Google Workspace (including GAM scripting), Rippling, and Apple/mac Ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
  • Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute cybersecurity risk assessments, providing insights and recommendations for mitigating vulnerabilities
  • Oversee and take ownership of IT infrastructure policies and practices, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to support IT-related due diligence during deal processes
  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, including asset management, access control, and vendor assessments
  • Manage vendors related to software licenses and renewals, collaborating cross-functionally for evaluations and negotiations
  • Ensure efficient account, platform, and hardware provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Stay current on emerging IT and cybersecurity trends, making proactive recommendations to enhance security posture and team productivity and effectiveness(ex. use of AI productivity tools in the workplace)
