Summary

Join us as IT & Procurement Director to lead the organization's technology strategy and procurement functions. This leadership role involves overseeing the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information technology, supply chain management, and leadership capabilities. You will develop and execute the organization's IT strategy, lead the procurement function, and oversee IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with policies and manage budgets. Build and maintain vendor relationships and lead a high-performing team. Assess and mitigate risks and drive innovation by researching emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in IT leadership and procurement management
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and procurement processes
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions
  • Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors
  • Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance
  • Follows all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA
  • Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures
  • Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Practices universal safety precautions
  • Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person
  • Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems
  • Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines
  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures
  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead the procurement function, including sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement policy development
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and software
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal standards, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Manage budgets for IT and procurement, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across IT and procurement departments
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to IT security and supply chain disruptions
  • Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and market trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology and procurement needs

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CIPS, CISSP, or relevant IT and procurement certifications preferred
