IT Product and Process Compliance Officer (Senior)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or risk management, particularly related to new product and process implementation
• Strong understanding of compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and COBIT
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment, with proven ability to integrate security and compliance requirements into product development
• Familiarity with BCP/DRP frameworks and the ability to assess their impact on new systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance and security in all stages of product development
• English: C1 (fluent)

Responsibilities

• Assess the IT risk and compliance implications of new products, processes, and systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Collaborate with product development, operations, and IT teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are integrated from the start
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BCP and DRP policies, particularly regarding the integration of new products and systems
• Conduct security and compliance reviews for new initiatives, identifying risks and suggesting modifications
• Ensure that new implementations meet internal policies and industry standards, including PCI DSS
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management regarding risk and compliance assessments
