Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management, ideally with exposure to digital product delivery, including UX/UI design, development, research, and analytics
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools, particularly Jira and time-tracking platforms (we use Productive)
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional teams (10-15 members) through both design and development phases with a product-focused mindset
  • Experience managing projects in one- to two-week sprints using agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2+)
  • A solid understanding of the capabilities and constraints of modern technologies, with the ability to shape projects to meet business goals within set timelines and budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for the execution of assigned projects with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned on project goals
  • Willingness to learn and tackle challenging projects that push boundaries

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a range of digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, balancing discovery, design and technical implementation phases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams across departments, including Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, and Development
  • Ensure projects run smoothly by monitoring timelines, budgets, communication flow, and task completion, leveraging project management tools and standardized routines
  • Lead flexible, evolving projects where requirements may change, adjusting scope and approach to align with clients' needs and business goals
  • Create, track, and manage budgets and produce detailed reports to maintain transparency for both the client and our company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with managing development teams and complex technical projects
  • Prior experience working with clients in the Middle East
