Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of related experience with a Bachelorβs degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope and coordinate change requests
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Track project budgets and ensure cost control
- Provide regular status reports to leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are completed
- Prepare and present regular status reports to management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned project stakeholders
- Develop project budgets for small to medium-sized projects
- Track expenditures against planned budgets and report variances
- Manage resource allocation to optimize utilization
- Escalate significant problems to appropriate stakeholders following established protocols
- Conduct basic root cause analysis for project issues and implement corrective actions
- Independently lead and manage multiple medium to large-scale projects
- Establish project governance structures and decision-making frameworks
- Identify and resolve critical project issues that may impact business objectives
- Develop & Implement process improvements and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet or similar)
