Join xfive as a Project Manager to cover for a team member taking a 3-month break, with the potential for long-term employment. As a Project Manager, you will build strong client partnerships, manage projects from start to finish, and act as the go-to person for project updates and decision-making. You will work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, operational team) and guide projects, ensuring everyone is set up for success. Requirements
- Manage web projects before
- Know how the web works
- Be comfortable with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or some mix of both
- Help the team stick to the process (or tweak it when needed)
- Have solid English (C1 level)
- Communicate in Polish (at least a communicative level)
- Be a people person
- Be proactive
- Flag risks early
- Speak up if you think thereโs a better way to do something
Responsibilities
- Guide projects from start to finish, helping clients turn their ideas into real, working products
- Work closely with our delivery teams, planning projects, setting priorities, and making sure everyoneโs set up for doing a good job
- Point out risks, adjust expectations, or explain the consequences of scope changes
Preferred Qualifications
- Have helped build web apps before as a developer
- Have previous experience as a Business Analyst, UX Researcher, or Product Designer
