Requirements

• Mid-level experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Experience in managing governance bodies like Governance Committees, Steering Committees, or Change Advisory Boards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI
• Familiarity with IT policies, standards, and governance practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a remote or hybrid setting

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and creating detailed documentation
• Develop, establish, and implement policies and standards
• Manage and facilitate several key IT governing bodies, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement
• Regularly engage with IT Architecture, IT Compliance, and IT Governance teams to support governance activities
• Use collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira) to engage stakeholders, prioritize efforts, and share information
