IT SaaS Ops Admin

Summary

The job is for a SaaSOps Administrator at Motive who will manage SaaS and internally-hosted applications, provide escalation support, develop identity management (Okta), and perform other administrative duties. The role requires experience with various SaaS applications such as Okta, G-Suite, BetterCloud, Atlassian, Slack, and Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT services
• 2+ years of experience working with a Cloud Identity as a Service (IdaaS) solution like Okta, BetterCloud
• 2+ years supporting SAML, SSO, and federated authentication
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Custom API integrations between SaaS tools
• Experience managing Google Workspace (email troubleshooting, data loss prevention, employee account issues, etc.)
• Experience executing technical projects as part of a team coordinated effort

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain, and promote a variety of internal applications, including Okta, the Atlassian suite, Google workspace and Slack
• Assist in assessing and selecting new technologies and integrations, including product enhancement and product upgrades
• Help identify and drive initiatives to increase enterprise productivity through integrations, articulation of best practices and training
• Document procedures, policies, and technical instructions
• Research, maintain, and troubleshoot application plugins/add-ons
• Maintain enterprise application reliability, including proactive issue mitigation
• Work to scale software to support dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the helpdesk team to identify and resolve repetitive issues
