Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager at CaptivateIQ, a leading sales commission platform backed by Sequoia, Accel, ICONIQ, etc. The role involves revamping the D2D Admin team's product experience and managing the portfolio of the product area. The candidate should have 4+ years of product management experience or a combination of product management and revenue/sales operations experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies (ideally some B2B SaaS) OR 2+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies combined with 2+ years in a revenue or sales operations and/or FP&A related role
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience working with technical products
  • Experience leading teams autonomously and delivering substantial product releases from 0 to 1
  • A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product and team are successful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Culture-oriented teammate that can uplevel the team while having fun and strengthening team bonds

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company to build strong alignment and drive world-class execution
  • Build empathy for customer personas by working directly with customers and internal teams
  • Own outcomes and be a champion for always refining how to best use our resources in order maximize the returns on our investments and attention
  • Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition and drive our product and company strategy forward
  • Leverage data to continually inform product evolution and drive customer adoption of product capabilities
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to research, design and build high-quality and reliable product experiences that customers love
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure value is realized by our customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfort or experience building AI and/or predictive analytics-powered products
  • Experience in the Sales Performance Management industry
  • Experience working in a sales/revenue ops role or similar
  • Experience evolving and maturing products built for SMB to products built for enterprise
