Requirements

• Have a bachelor's or equivalent degree
• Have a start-up mentality
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience with SOC 2, PCI, and HECVAT frameworks
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation for SOC 2, PCI, and HECVAT audits
• Ensure that internal policies align with compliance requirements
• Serve as the point of contact for explaining our compliance frameworks and audit readiness to potential and existing customers
• Monitor and audit internal processes to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
• Develop training materials and sessions to ensure that staff are aware of compliance responsibilities
