Summary

Join Thunes, a global Fintech scale-up, as an IT Security Specialist on their Graduate Programme. This 18-months structured programme includes job rotations, overseas stints, formal training, and coaching. You will support IT security operations, improve security solutions, perform security assessments, and maintain internal security tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or information security related discipline
• IT/ Security certification preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in information security (bonus to have)
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Ability to use initiative with flexibility and lateral thinking where necessary
• Pro-active thinking and identifying opportunities for knowledge sharing
• Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support IT security operations
• Work to improve and optimise security solutions
• Perform security assessment on new IT systems and change requests
• Assist in external and internal audits and compliance
• Maintain and develop internal security tools
• Provide assistance in security due diligence and third-party risk management processes
