Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT needs in a SaaS-first environment with both on-site and remote teams
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Mac MDM solutions setting up blueprints and security protocols
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
• Must be able to report to and work on-site at our Washington, DC office at least twice a week

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS tools for all Coforma employees by providing support via IT support tickets
• Work closely with the Director of IT in launching new infrastructure as we continue to grow
• Work with our Office Manager at our Washington DC office and manage our inventory, network, and conference room equipment
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
• Make a huge impact by helping bring large-scale projects to the finish line

Benefits

$117,420 to $143,170 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential
