Summary
Join Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT services provider, as a contracted IT Support Associate in Buenos Aires. This role involves managing IT account setup and device preparation for new hires and secure offboarding for departing employees. You will create and remove user accounts, remotely configure laptops, conduct onboarding video calls, and collaborate with internal and client teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication (English), and basic IT knowledge. It's a full-time, remote contract position with competitive compensation and benefits including health and wellness reimbursements, paid holidays and sick time, and peer-to-peer bonuses. The work hours are 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, with a potential transition to a hybrid in-office/remote model in 2025.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and task management skills
- Excellent communication (English)βproactive, clear, professional, and friendly
- Comfortable following and improving structured workflows
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g., account setup, device settings, Google/M365)
- B2 or higher proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Create and remove user accounts (email, apps, permissions, SSO)
- Remotely prepare and configure laptops and basic device settings
- Host friendly, helpful βDay Oneβ video calls with new users
- Follow structured checklists to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ticketing tools, MDMs, SSOs, project management, or customer support
