IT Support Engineer

Summary

Join Kobalt Music's IT team as an IT Support Engineer! Based in London, you'll provide onsite and remote support to over 400 employees across 10 global locations. You'll manage incidents, requests, and assets, collaborating with the People team and contributing to the knowledge base. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, improving systems, and working with various technologies. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience, strong customer focus, and knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Intune, and Jamf. Requirements

• Have 2 years IT support experience, using ITIL practices, as well as triaging and handling tickets through a ticketing system
• Be highly customer focused, a true team player as well as someone who takes initiative and can work independently
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems
• Demonstrate a knowledge of security best practices
• Have a passion for automation
• Have knowledge of administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Intune and Jamf in a mixed Windows & Apple Mac environment (75/25)
• Have experience with asset management, recording and reporting of inventory
• Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day onsite and remote support to all levels of staff including meeting rooms and event equipment
• Manage incidents and requests through a ticketing system as well as asset Management and maintaining accurate asset reports
• Work closely with our People team to support all IT aspects of Joiners & Leavers
• Contribute to our growing employee and technical knowledge base
• Assist with various global projects and look to continually improve the systems, services and processes we use to support our customers and make their experience as easy and efficient as possible
