Summary

Join Bluebeam as an IT Support Specialist, providing single-point contact support for end-users' desktop and telecommunications needs. You will install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications. Responsibilities include incident management, SLA adherence, and using a ticketing system to resolve complex requests. You will deliver user assistance, provide global support, and maintain high-quality user guides and documentation. The role requires experience in Tier 1 technical support, problem-solving abilities, familiarity with ITIL processes, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Experience working in a Tier 1 Technical Support or Helpdesk Support role
  • Solid technical background with proven problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ITIL- based service support processes
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with global users

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve user issues promptly
  • Ensure timely responses and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve complex support requests using a ticketing system
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable user assistance
  • Provide support to staff worldwide, addressing hardware and system-related issues
  • Ensuring all user guides, frequently asked questions and process documents are of a high standard and provide quality information to our users and team members
  • Ensuring all employees can use company issued collaboration technologies and proposing new and innovative ways to enhance productivity through collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant degree or certification in IT or related field is a bonus
