Join Vistrada as an IT Support Specialist! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with at least one year of experience providing hands-on support to clients. The ideal candidate will implement cybersecurity controls, troubleshoot systems, and ensure technical readiness for clients' projects. Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments is required, along with a strong understanding of network configurations and security. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are necessary. Additional certifications and security clearances may be required depending on client needs.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in providing hands-on support to clients
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
- Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security
- Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to clients for implementing cybersecurity controls
- Troubleshoot systems
- Ensure technical readiness and related projects for clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+
