Additional certifications and security clearances may be required depending on client needs.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in providing hands-on support to clients
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security
  • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support to clients for implementing cybersecurity controls
  • Troubleshoot systems
  • Ensure technical readiness and related projects for clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+
  • U.S. government security clearances
