Requirements
- Working 12pm to 9pm PH Time
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Groove, Google Workspace)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace equivalents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Help set up, administer and track Global and Regional Sales Development campaigns including analyzing and providing feedback on results
- Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources
- Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral
- Track and report on sales development team performance
- Assist in the initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information
- Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from both internal customers and cross-functional teams, and occasionally external partners, demonstrating collaboration and effective communication
- Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources (Groove, Salesforce, Databees, Google Workspace)
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain SDR process documentation
- Manage and maintain SDR campaign documentation & repository
- Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals
Preferred Qualifications
A basic understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes is a plus
