Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for all IT-related matters
  • Manage all Desktop, and Windows infrastructure
  • Achieve agreed service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests
  • Contribute to IT-related projects
  • Work with third-party vendors as required
  • Other associated tasks as directed by Respect

  • Office 365 administration
  • Printer management and administration
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Networking basics
  • 3CX
  • Jira and Confluence
