Summary

Join Plain Concepts's international Talent team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and craft tailor-made recruitment processes. You will manage the full life-cycle recruitment, participate in designing the global recruitment process, and collaborate with the team to optimize open positions. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT, experience with ATS (preferably Workable), and fluency in English and Romanian. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT
• Experience using ATS (preferably Workable)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profiles
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
• Results-oriented with analytical capabilities
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluent in Romanian (mandatory)

• Work closely with directors and management to handle recruitment needs
