Summary

Join Plain Concepts' international Talent squad as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and craft tailor-made recruitment processes. Manage the full life-cycle recruitment, participate in designing the global recruitment process, and collaborate with the team to optimize open positions. You will be a key player in the company's development, working closely with directors and management. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT, experience with ATS (preferably Workable), and strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT
• Experience using ATS (preferably Workable)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profiles
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
• Results-oriented with analytical capabilities
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
