Summary
Join ConnectWise as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process to negotiating offers. Partner with cross-functional teams to find top talent. You will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, conduct job intake meetings, source and recruit qualified applicants, screen and interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Ensure candidates understand responsibilities, compensation, and benefits. Develop reporting and utilize recruitment software for data-driven insights. Maintain current job opportunities on company platforms and collaborate with management on HR policies. Comply with HR laws and promote diversity in applicant sourcing methods. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and team skills.
Requirements
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
- Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing events
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a composed, poised, and professional demeanor while driving action and accountability
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers and leadership
- Self-starter who can work and learn fast and maintain a positive attitude
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Conducts job intake meetings with hiring managers at the beginning of the recruitment process
- Sources and recruits qualified applicants to fill open positions
- Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective colleagues to management for assigned open positions
- Ensures candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, career opportunities and serves as the candidates’ advocate during the recruitment process
- Makes hiring recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declination
- Conducts, reviews, and communicates results of applicant testing
- Sources through creative networking sources, job boards, applicant databases, internet recruiting resources, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
- Develops reporting and utilizes recruitment software as appropriate for data driven insights
- Maintains current job opportunities on the company intranet, website, and various job boards
- Collaborates with management to communicate various Human Resources employment policies and procedures
- Remains in compliance with HR laws and adheres to company and department policies and procedures
- Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
- Researches and drives initiatives to promote diversity applicant sourcing methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to major sourcing sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Relevant experience in corporate and agency environment
