Requirements
- Strong background in technology project management
- Strong experience in creating written documentation including update job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating
- Ability to plan in a rapidly changing environment and to provide guidance for changes as required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to simplify and briefly, succinctly communicate complex issues to multiple audiences
- Exceptional knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Create and update job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks on the subject of technology project management and the methodologies employed at client and client
- Consult with other members of the PMO and subject matter experts within the organization to develop content for documentation and training programs
- Work with the Project team members and business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
- Develop expertise in the customersβ business applications
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies that require a business, technical or blended approach for resolution
- Identify and group related user stories into Themes, document the dependencies and associated business processes
- Assist Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog
- Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Perform Quality Analyst functions such as defining test objectives, test plans and test cases, and executing test cases (including regression testing)
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP and/or CSPO Certification
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete
