Summary

Join our IT Support team as an integral member and play a vital role in enabling employees to work effectively and securely. Troubleshoot issues, respond to support tickets, and ensure device and application inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • OKTA: For managing single sign-on and identity management
  • JAMF: For managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment
  • G Suite: For handling various Google applications and services
  • Confluence: For creating and managing documentation and collaboration
  • Freshservice: For IT service management and support ticketing

Responsibilities

  • Responding to support tickets from a diverse user base; experience with Freshservice is a plus
  • Acting as an escalation point for Junior Technicians
  • Remotely resolving application and hardware issues
  • Managing and maintaining our expanding user base in G Suite
  • Administering cloud applications within our single sign-on environment (OKTA)
  • Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement optimal solutions
  • Leading process improvements within the Service Desk
  • Supporting the onboarding team, as well as the offshore network, security, and engineering teams
  • Creating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service guides for end users
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our IT infrastructure
  • Tracking and managing IT assets
