Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• 4 years of experience in designing IT systems
• Practical knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Framework, SpringBoot v3.x
• Knowledge of system integration and UML diagram creation
• Experience with Code Quality processes and Automated Testing
• Ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum) using tools like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
• Good listening skills and clear communication abilities
