Java Software Engineer

Summary

Join Bellwood Labs, a dynamic product development consultancy, as a Software Engineer (Java) to build and scale business-critical web products. Work alongside an experienced team building quality client products. This role reports to an Engineer Team Lead and requires 3+ years of full-stack software development experience, including building and scaling software products and deploying to cloud providers. The ideal candidate possesses strong Java/Spring Boot skills (C#/.NET experience considered) and a willingness to learn and apply new skills. Requirements

• Have 3+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Have experience building and scaling Software Products
• Have experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure
• Experience with Java / Spring Boot (C# / .NET experience may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs and Business Requirements
• Communicate Technical Topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by Clients
• Collaborate with Designers, and Product Teams to propose solutions to meet the goals of Clients and their Products
• Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
