Requirements

• 10+ years of Design experience in Java's latest version, J2EE, Spring boot and Web Services Technologies, SOAP, and REST
• Strong experience with Azure services
• Understanding of Middleware like Kafka, and Event Hub
• Experience in messaging frameworks, NoSQL DBs, and AKS

Responsibilities

• Creating practical solutions and scalable, secure, and resilient architectures
• Collaborating with senior leaders and product managers to understand strategic and functional requirements
• Working directly with internal and partner development teams to implement highly scalable, resilient, and secure solutions
• Performing various proof of concepts, systems & data analysis
• Applying systems thinking concepts to understand the behavior of the Pharmacy/Health ecosystem
• Evaluating best-in-class toolsets/solutions, usability assessment, and finding innovative ways of visualizing data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Java 8 or 11, with Spring Webflux and Reactive is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of architecture and technical components
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with building microservices using REST and SOAP/XML
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in various database technologies, including No SQL (such as MongoDB, Cassandra) and RDBMS (such as ORACLE, SQL Server), including experience with DML, DDL, and Query Optimization
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred
• Significant experience with the entire software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile, Iterative)
• Significant experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed client/server environment and experience in building Resilient Active/Active is strongly preferred
