Summary

Join Blue Acorn iCi as an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant and implement, optimize, and support AJO workflows and campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for data ingestion and audience creation, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of AJO's integration with AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) and uses real-time customer data to create personalized experiences. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and leverage data for targeted customer engagement. Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert, helping clients stay current with AJO features. Work with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, including Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, marketing automation, and personalized content delivery
  • Experience integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other systems (CRM, CMS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies, segmentation, and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and customer journey requirements
  • Provide strategic recommendations on how to leverage Adobe Journey Optimizer for targeted customer engagement
  • Implement, configure, and test Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows
  • Design and develop personalized, automated customer journeys that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Monitor and assess the performance of Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to platform configuration or performance and provide timely solutions
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive insights for further optimizing the journey
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, helping clients stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities
  • Work alongside internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional Certification
  • Knowledge of related Adobe tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Previous consulting experience, working directly with clients on digital transformation initiatives
