Summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, supporting onboarding, participating in recruitment events, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 6 months of experience in recruitment are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment

Responsibilities

• Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms
• Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics
• Supporting the onboarding process of new hires
• Participating in recruitment events and career fairs
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English is preferred
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
