  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates
  • Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams
