The Senior Talent Partner role at pplwise is for someone who will autonomously and responsibly support startups, scale-ups, and publicly traded growth companies in reaching their recruiting objectives. The person should be proactive and excellent in stakeholder management to fulfill the company's strategic partner role. They will create and execute recruiting forecasts and choose appropriate channels and strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in various tech startups and/or scale-ups
• Understanding of the challenges faced by tech organizations during different growth phases
• Ability to make decisions based on data and facts
• Mentor for Jr. Talent Partners and foster team development
• Stakeholder satisfaction is your top priority
• Ambitious and collaborative, both essential traits in our culture
• Excellent German language skills to effectively serve European clients
• Excellent English language skills for internal communication and international clients
