Monitor and manage invoice payments, petty cash, cash-flow, treasury, accounting entries, prepare reports, tax returns, and monitor budget performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, accounting, Finance or other relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Knowledge of economics and financial management skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Motivated and highly organised individual, with an eye for detail
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage invoice payments
• Monitor the petty cash
• Monitor the cash-flow and treasory
• Accounting entry on Sage
• Controls accounting and financial operations
• Prepare reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review
• Preparing the tax return
• Monitors budget performance, expenditure control
