Junior Analyst

Summary

Join IT Concepts, Inc. as a Junior Analyst – IT Asset Management and support our VA-ESOM contract across the United States. This remote position requires an AA or 2-year technical school degree (or equivalent experience) and experience with MS Office Suite, IT asset management principles, data analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is also needed. You will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements

• Possess an AA or 2-year technical school degree in business discipline or similar discipline (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• Demonstrate experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Show understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices
• Exhibit familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

• Support the VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States
• Perform data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working in a government or healthcare environment
• Have experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules
• Hold an ITIL Foundation certification
